PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AS A ADMINISTRATIVE AND SECRETARIAL MANAGER (SELECTION)


From December 2014
to October 2019

Scope: The Management of employment support services and guidance Services at IMED in Catanzaro has involved comprehensive coordination of case management, profiling, and active employment policy implementation within the Youth Guarantee Project Calabria. Connecting the host organization, interns, and Calabria Region, promoting internships, and supporting disadvantaged youth in obtaining placements. Responsibilities included advising employers on financial assistance, monitoring internships continuously and at conclusion, and providing personalized support to young people facing employment barriers. Additionally, serving as a promoter tutor, coordinating stakeholders to ensure tailored employment support, skills development, and job placement under the Youth Guarantee framework.

FIELD is an organization which support or manage activities related to the Calabria Region’s Department of Urban Planning and Territorial Governance, a governative organization which oversees territorial and urban systems in the region.

Scope: Playing a key role in supporting the FIELD Foundation in Catanzaro, which collaborates with the Calabria Region’s Department of Urban Planning and Territorial Governance, her contributions included the following:

– preparing technical data sheets to identify alleged illegal buildings along the Calabrian coast;

– monitoring, verifying, and comparing identification data for buildings within areas covered by the strategic study;

– conducting telephone communication with municipalities to transmit data sheets and update the relevant database;

– providing technical support for documentation related to the Regional Landscape Framework Forums;

– assisting in managing relationships with institutional entities (municipalities) hosting participation forums for Landscape Units (UPTR);
 – supporting landscape education projects aimed at primary and secondary schools in Calabria;

– participating in the “Passaggi e Paesaggi” exhibitions held at the Palaolimpico in Turin and Hotel 501 in Vibo Valentia, Italy.

Scope: The International Conference on ‘Urbanism and Green Architecture” held at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India. This conference gathered experts and delegates to discuss sustainable urban development, green architecture, and related innovative design and construction strategies. It was a platform for exploring local knowledge, sustainable building materials and technologies, and urban planning aligned with environmental harmony and energy efficiency.
Role: Delegate for International Relations on behalf of Higher Integrated Design Education – FISD Consortium.
